We are particularly interested in tech-enabled services, healthcare and ambient assisted living, and other resilient B2B and B2C niches – but we stay open to outstanding opportunities beyond these sectors when we see strong teams and clear paths to value creation.

We are Georg and Christian, entrepreneurs and founders of Teamgeist. Before Teamgeist, we jointly built Vitafy Brands into a leading digital house of consumer health brands.
Over the past years, we have used Teamgeist as our platform to build, scale and acquire businesses. We have sourced, structured and executed transactions ranging from early-stage investments to buy-outs in the lower mid-market, often investing our own capital and working closely with management as active owners. This blend of hands-on company building and transaction experience shapes how we work with our portfolio and partners.
